Contact support

Email us at [email protected] for account, learning, playback, recording, privacy, or accessibility help. Please include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and a description of the issue.

Do not send your password, Apple authorization code, Google authorization code, Firebase token, recovery code, or other login credential to support.

Get started

1. Open LingoIsle and choose Get Started.
2. Complete the short onboarding choices and choose an English learning lesson.
3. Use the lesson and song controls to listen, follow synchronized lyrics, and start a sing-along practice.

An account is not required to explore the primary learning flow. Sign in or create an account when you want to use account-based features and eligible learning-progress sync.

Sign in and account help

LingoIsle supports email-and-password sign-in, Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google where available.

• For an existing account, choose I already have an account from the entry flow.
• If you use email and password, make sure you use the same email address that you originally registered.
• If Apple provides a private relay email address, use the same Sign in with Apple option rather than trying to recreate the account with a different email address.
• Never share your password or authentication codes with anyone, including support.

If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected] with a description of the problem and non-sensitive device details. Do not include credentials.
