This Privacy Policy explains how MINCHEN YANG (“LingoIsle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information when you use the LingoIsle mobile application and related support service (collectively, the “Service”). It applies to the international LingoIsle app distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Information we handle

We handle only the information needed to operate the Service.

LingoIsle does not upload or synchronize microphone recordings, imported audio, imported lyrics, or local file paths to our cloud services in this version of the Service.

create, authenticate, and maintain your account;
synchronize eligible learning progress between devices signed in to the same account;
provide lessons, playback, progress, and account-management features;
process and protect account-deletion requests;
prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service; and
respond to support and privacy requests.
